We are currently accepting applications for the lottery for Community View Apartments in Morrisville, New York! Community View Apartments will provide a total of 61 one-bedroom units of safe, affordable, energy-efficient homes in a newly constructed building. Rents will be affordable from 30%-60% AMI. All units are restricted to individuals aged 55 and older.

There are 20 units set-aside for frail elderly via referral system. There are 10 fully accessible units for those with mobility impairments and 4 units setup for those with Hearing and/or Vision disabilities. Applicants with mobility, visual or hearing impairments should make sure to indicate on their application that an accessible unit is required. Such applicants will be processed for occupancy on a priority basis for an accessible apartment in the order they were selected by the lottery.

The lottery will be live streamed on Christopher Community’s Facebook page on October 4, 2024, at 10:00am. In order to be considered for the lottery, all sections of the rental application must be completed, all adult members must sign and date the application, and applications must be postmarked by September 20, 2024.
