Christopher Community, Inc. (CCI), a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing affordable housing and supportive services across Central and Western New York, is pleased to announce several leadership appointments and promotions that strengthen its ability to deliver exceptional housing and resident experiences.

Leadership Updates:
Leslie LaMoria – Director of Operations & Resident Experience
Oversees daily operations of all CCI properties with a focus on unifying property management and resident services. LaMoria works closely with Property Managers, Facilities teams, and Service Coordinators to deliver compassionate and consistent site-level support.
James Tweedie – Director of Property Strategy & Planning
Guides long-term portfolio planning and capital strategy in collaboration with the CFO. He focuses on strengthening property operations through systems development, performance benchmarks, and policy enhancements.
Sarah Flick – Project Operations Manager
Supports cross-departmental coordination, board meeting logistics, documentation systems, and internal operations. Flick partners with HR and department leads on onboarding processes and systems training.
Nina Taddeo – Human Resource Manager
Leads HR strategy and operations, including employee relations, hiring, compliance, and workplace culture. Taddeo works with leadership to ensure policies align with CCI’s values and teams are fully supported.
Kazmira Pitzrick – Human Resource & Payroll Administrator
Supports payroll and benefits functions, onboarding logistics, and HRIS data accuracy, Pitzrick plays a central role in ensuring timely and accurate employee support processes.
These appointments reflect CCI’s ongoing commitment to building a strong, resident-focused culture and supporting its team members in their professional growth.
