Adjusted incomes are recertified annually, as are your required contributions toward rent. As a result, payments may shift over time to make rent more affordable during the most difficult years.
Securing a Living Space
Of course, securing affordable housing doesn’t end with eligibility or even being selected for assistance. You must also locate a living space.
