Christopher Community Inc. is now soliciting proposals from qualified partners/developers to apply for implementation of Project Based Vouchers into permanent Affordable Housing Projects and housing projects that promote economic diversity pursuant to HUD 24CFR Part 983 and Christopher Community’s Administrative Plan.

Proposal Due Date: 1/18/2022 by 12:00pm EST

 Written Inquiries: All questions should be submitted in writing to [email protected] no later than 12/21/2021. Responses to all inquiries will be posted on Christopher Community’s website by 12/23/2021.

 Anticipated Conditional Award Date: 1/28/2022
